painted some more catballs~

welp. i wanted to paint something today but all my good paints/brushes were still packed up in a box somewhere. and of course, i wasn’t going to go looking for them either. so regardless, here ya go my friends. catballs in space:

 

still working on fixing the pink areas, and i guess probably some shading, but i’m not going to spend a lot of time on it since it’s so… rough. here’s my super rad setup, in case you’re wondering:

and here’s what it looked like when i first started, since i kind of like them without noses too:

 

anyway, i’m wanting to do another one kind of like this, but use oil paints instead so i can make them 3-dimensional and more realistic, and have them kind of like, encircling a planet like the ring of saturn. and their fur kind of trailing a little bit behind them so it looks like they’re just coasting around. and maybe do a different one, sans noses, and give them little narwhal horns. the dumber, the better really.

we’ll see though, because i think i’m supposed to be doing adult stuff right now? i don’t know.
